This event will be run in full-day format and is capped at a maximum of 110 drivers per day.

Run order: TBD depending on number of attendees. The run order will rotate from day 1 to day 2.

Event Format

This event will be run in full-day format with two to three heats depending on number of entrants.

Everyone must check-in at registration in the morning, to obtain a barcode for our timing system!

The site is open at 6:30 AM. We strongly suggest that you plan on arriving by 7:30 AM to allow time to get your car ready, check in at registration, get your work assignment, get your car through tech inspection, and then have time for course walks prior to the mandatory drivers' meeting.

Fees

SCCA Member Pre-registration Entry Fee:

$60 per individual day. $105 for both days.

Non-Member Pre-registration Entry Fee (includes weekend SCCA membership):

$78 per individual day. $123 for both days.

General Requirements

All competitors must possess a valid US driver's license.

Minors

All competitors under 18 years of age are required to have a Minor Waiver form signed by a legal guardian. This form must be printed in color and either signed in the presence of an SCCA member at the event, or signed and notarized prior to the event. Link.

SCCA Membership

All attendees must be SCCA members, either annual or weekend. If needed, a weekend membership is provided as part of the registration process for an extra $15. Up to (2) weekend memberships can be credited towards an annual membership.

An annual SCCA waiver hard card is recommended. If you do not have this, please complete the speedwaiver as part of the registration process on the next page.

Passengers

Competitors are not permitted to be passengers prior to their competition runs if they are in contention for the Holbert 2-day trophy. Passengers are permitted when the driver has 2+ years of autocross experience. Non-competitor passengers must obtain permission from the Event Chair.

Work Assignments

Every attendee must help work the event. Assignments will be made in advance and emailed to you the night before the event. Please check in at the worker table by 9am to confirm that you are present.
