2025 Volunteer Marshal Registration
Volunteers for on-track work can register here until August 21st
Please note that additional information, including finalized schedule details, will be updated as released. Volunteers will be emailed through MotorsportReg.com for all communications, so please be sure to use a working email that you can check on a regular basis. Your confirmation email from your specialty chief will be among those emails.
AVAILABLE VOLUNTEER SPECIALTIES:
- Flagging & Communications: operate flags and radio communications.
- Intervention: Assist with vehicle recovery and track cleanup.
RACE MARSHAL LICENSE REQUIREMENT:
Because the FIA requires that all race marshals hold a current license through their country’s ASN, you will be required to provide proof during the registration process. If you’re a U.S.-based marshal, you will have to provide a current SCCA or USAC license. If you’re a non-U.S. based marshal, you will have to provide a current marshal license and recommendation letter from your country’s ASN.

SCHEDULE (all times are tentative):
Please note that participation is required for all three event days. Thank you for your understanding and commitment.
- Thursday, September 4th: Registration, Track Test, & kick-off dinner
- Friday, September 5th: HOT TRACK! – 8:00 am – 7:00 pm (morning meetings held 1-2 hours before hot track)
- Saturday, September 6th: HOT TRACK! – 8:00 am – 7:00 pm (morning meetings held 1-2 hours before hot track)
- Sunday, September 7th: HOT TRACK! – 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (morning meetings held 1-2 hours before hot track)
