Before You Arrive

Arrival & Check-In Information

Regular Ticket Drivers
- Please arrive at the track and complete check-in before the drivers meeting at 8:15 AM.
First Time Special Drivers
- You are welcome to arrive early and hang out with us. Please make sure you arrive at the track no later than 2:10 PM to prepare for your two on-track sessions.
Drivers with Coaching
- Coaching assignments will be sent 2–3 days before the event. You will meet your instructor after the first drivers meeting in the morning.

Please make sure to sign the Speed Waiver for this event. It is required for all drivers, passengers, and spectators.
An important event update email will be sent 3 days prior to the event with final details and reminders.
